Semen Taste

May 12, 2017 by Brett Jones

Semen taste – does it matter?

The taste of semen has been described in many ways: coppery, salty, bleachy, like old pennies, and – the last thing a guy wants to hear about the taste of his semen – “gross”. If you ask 100 women what semen tastes like, you are quite likely to receive 100 completely different answers.

And the ironic thing is that most guys have no idea what their semen actually tastes like! The only thing we know for certain is that no guy wants his partner to think his semen tastes “gross” or even “disgusting. How your semen tastes can have a direct impact on how often you receive oral sex – so it’s no surprise that semen taste can have a huge impact on your sex life!

Any kind of intake, whether it’s food, medication, or drink, can affect the flavor of your semen or vaginal fluid,” Dr. Carol Queen, a sociologist and sexologist whose practice focuses on sex-positivity, among other sex-related topics. “Anything we smell or taste on the body is part of an excretory process – if you can tell a difference in someone’s body odor, then the likelihood is that you can tell about their sexual secretions, as well.”

According to Dr. Queen, if you want your bits to taste good, fruits like pineapple, papaya, and citrus will make a difference. “Semen is known for having a bitter flavor, and that’s what your partner was likely noticing—the absence of bitter flavor, not necessarily a sweeter flavor.”

Semen – what is it, anyway?

Semen, also called seminal fluid, is the fluid that is emitted from the male reproductive tract and that contains sperm cells, which are capable of fertilizing the female eggs. Semen also contains other liquids, known as seminal plasma, which help to keep the sperm cells viable.

Semen is produced and originates from the seminal vesicle, which is located in the pelvis. The process that results in the discharge of semen is called ejaculation. While sometimes people mistakenly interchange the words semen and sperm – however in actual fact only about 2 to 5% of the total volume of semen is made up of sperm cells.

Fluids contributed by the seminal vesicles are approximately 60 percent of the total semen volume; these fluids contain fructose, amino acids, citric acid, phosphorus, potassium, and hormones known as prostaglandins. The prostate gland contributes about 30 percent of the seminal fluid; the constituents of its secretions are mainly citric acid, acid phosphatase, calcium, sodium, zinc, potassium, protein-splitting enzymes, and fibrolysin.

Semen taste – how you can make it better.

Urban legend has it that foods like pineapple and sweet fruits will help make your cum taste good – and there is some truth to this. Most foods that contain natural sugars will have an impact on the sweetness of your semen.

It’s said that you are what you eat, and that is true as it pertains to semen as well. There are foods that make semen taste better, and there are food and habits that make semen taste worse.

For example, cigarettes, alcohol, and illegal drugs may make a man’s ejaculate taste bitter. Similarly, beef and pork are also considered to make it taste bad and saltier. Another common culprit is caffeine which may also be responsible for the bitterness in the ejaculation fluid.

Foods with high sulfur content such as broccoli and cabbage are considered to make it bitter. Dairy products are also believed to increase the saltiness, so if a man is consuming too much of it, his ejaculate will probably not taste that good.

A man who is too fond of foods with strong odor such as garlic or onions may also have strong-smelling and bad-tasting semen.
On the other hand, there are foods that are said to improve the tasteless, slightly salty normal flavor of semen.

Cinnamon and pineapple juice are considered to be two of the best foods for improving the taste of a man’s ejaculate. Any food that is high in sugar content will probably make the taste of cum a little sweeter and tastier. Wheatgrass, parsley, lemon, and peppermint could also sweeten the taste of a man’s ejaculation fluid.

Keep it real – and keep it healthy!

If your body is healthy, your semen is more likely to taste good or at least normal. So, keep all your medical conditions under check by getting proper treatment. Furthermore, the medications you take may also make your ejaculate taste bitter or excessively salty. While there is probably not much you can do here, you could probably try compensating by drinking lots of sweet fruit juices.

Of course, keep in mind that whether your partner likes the taste or not will depend a lot on her taste buds as well. Some may prefer the excessive saltiness while others may like it to taste sweet. It purely depends on your own experience and yours and your partner’s taste buds. Remember, as with many aspects of health – proper nutrition is the corner-stone of good sexual health. Healthy eating = healthy semen!

Why is Zinc Important?

December 14, 2016 by Brett Jones

Zinc – A vital part of making more cum.

Why Zinc is so important for semen production? Certain minerals are needed by your body for the production of semen and one of them is zinc. In fact, it is the most crucial mineral that your body needs to produce semen and testosterone at optimal levels.

Zinc is an essential mineral that is instrumental in several factors of cellular metabolism. In combination with folic acid, zinc was found to increase sperm count by 74% in men who had fertility problems, according to one study.

Testosterone is the hormone that is primarily responsible for controlling your reproductive function. Lack of zinc in your diet not only leads to a drop in semen volume but can also lower your sperm count. This can give rise to fertility issues.

Various studies reveal that zinc and folic acid supplements can boost fertility in men by increasing sperm count and the production of healthy sperm. A great source of zinc is animal protein. In fact, your body absorbs zinc from this source more readily that any other.

Pumpkin seeds are also rich in this mineral and are great for enhancing the production of semen. Pumpkin seeds are also rich in zinc, and for this reason are great for enhancing the production of semen. Most leading semen supplements will include pumpkin seed in the formula, and any semen pill worth your money should have a hearty supply of zinc in the formula.

Other essential components to increase semen production.

Amino acids – when taken regularly – are generally believed to increase ejaculate fluid. On the other hand, zinc seems to improve both the amount of sperm produced as well as the sperm’s ability to move spontaneously and independently. Together with amino acids, this will increase normal sperm count and volume significantly. Amino acids are believed to increase the amount of ejaculate fluid (though not the amount of actual sperm necessarily) if taken regularly. Some amino acids include:

L-ARGININE HCL
Studies show sperm and semen volume doubles, fertility improves (even among men with low sperm counts or poor sperm motility), and sperm health and activity increase with supplementation of L-Arginine. Arginine is found in high concentrations in nuts and seeds like peanuts and almonds. It can also be found in chocolate and raisins. Some Natural Sources: Nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, chocolate, popcorn, raisins, brown rice, carob, gelatin desserts, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, and protein rich foods.

L-LYSINE
Researchers find that this amino acids plus zinc increases sperm produced, stimulates testosterone production, and improves semen quality.

EPIMEDIUM SAGITTATUM
Also known as horny goat weed, this botanical boosts libido and testosterone levels for greater sperm production for a stronger ejaculation.

ZINC OXIDE
Has been shown to increase number of sperm and sperm motility by 80% to 200% by aiding testosterone synthesis.

L-CARNITINE
This amino acid is found in high concentrations in healthy sperm. Proven to significantly increase the percentage of highly motile sperm.

CATUABA BARK
Brazilian herb that strengthens the libido, and nourishes the entire male reproductive system.

PUMPKIN SEED
Supports prostate health and hormonal production. While they may not readily increase sperm volume, they do enhance both prostate health and testosterone production.

MACA
Legendary South American botanical proven to promote libido, potency and energy.

Zinc has been shown to improve both the amount of sperm you produce and the sperm’s ability to move spontaneously and independently. Coupled with amino acids (see above), this will increase sperm volume significantly.

More Zinc = More semen.

Zinc – it does a body good! As you can see from the information gathered above, zinc is absolutely essential for proper semen production and shooting big loads. There is probably no single vitamin, mineral, or other ingredient that is more important for increasing semen than zinc. Many of us do not get our daily recommended serving of zinc – but luckily it is quite easy to come by in natural supplements.

If you’re looking for a good semen pill to increase your semen load and boost your orgasm intensity – make sure the product you choose contains zinc. Any sperm pill worth it’s salt should definitely have zinc in the formula, and also try and look for something that contains as many of the above ingredients as possible. Of course, you could do it the easy way and check out our top 3 semen supplements – as they all contain a very good amount of zinc.

If you’ve noticed a drop-off in the size of your semen load – there’s a good chance you need to supplement with zinc. Give it a try and you’ll probably notice a difference right away. More zinc equals more semen, so time to ‘zinc it up’!

10 Foods To Increase Semen

December 14, 2016 by Brett Jones

Foods that will help you increase semen.

The amount of semen ejaculated by a man during orgasm may cause him to worry, especially since the amount of semen produced goes down dramatically as we get older. A man with low semen volume may potentially have physical conditions limiting his production or ejaculation ability. Some foods may help increase the amount of semen a man produces.

The good news is that there are many things we men can do to combat this. Not only can you avoid a smaller semen load as you get older, with proper nutrition and supplementation – you can actually enjoy BIGGER semen loads than you’ve ever had before!

If you’re like most men and dream of ‘painting’ your lover with huge gobs of cum, then this website is going to be your best friend! The first thing any guy should do if he’s looking to “up his game” – is take a doctor recommended semen pill. Natural semen supplements are specifically designed to produce huge cum loads and extremely strong ejaculation. You will notice a DRAMATIC improvement in your sexual pleasure – ejaculating more semen makes orgasms last much longer, and with double the intensity.

You CAN increase semen – here’s how:

Besides taking a good semen pill – there are many foods and nutrients that boost semen production and will produce bigger ejaculations. We’re constantly told that proper nutrition is essential for many facets of good health, and this is especially true for our sexual and reproductive health.

People who don’t have a satisfying sex life are rarely happy or healthy people. Fortunately there are many, many things you can do to improve your sexual health – and most of them will actually improve SEVERAL aspects of your health. As we mentioned above, you should seriously consider adding as semen supplement to your diet as they will improve many parts of your life: sexual health and satisfaction, male fertility and potency, and cardiovascular and digestive health.

Following good dietary habits will improve both your mental and physical well-being. And it can be like adding TNT to your sex life as well! There are many foods, vitamins, and minerals that you can add to your diet for amazing benefits in the bedroom. Increasing semen with certain foods is quite easy to do – and we’ll show you how!

Increasing semen with proper nutrition.

First – let’s start with the obvious. Water.
Without water, nothing in the body can function properly. You should drink a minimum of eight, 8-ounce glasses of water a day. Drinking less water than this may lead to dehydration. As the body dehydrates, it cannot produce as much semen as it can when well hydrated.

Meat

Meats contain various nutrients essential to semen production. Tuna, poultry and red meats contain the amino acids (L-arginine and L-carnitine) the body needs for high testosterone levels and to produce semen. Oysters, turkey, lamb and lean red meats contain zinc, which increases testosterone levels, according to Discovery Health. The body also needs zinc to produce semen – for the average man, each ejaculation contains between 1 and 3 milligrams of zinc.

Nuts

Nuts also contain high amounts of zinc and vital amino acids. In addition, nuts contain the nutrient selenium. Researchers recommend eating one-quarter cup of nuts each day, along with a healthy, well-balanced diet.

Grains

Granola and oatmeal contain high amounts of L-arginine and L-carnitine. As a result, they may increase the volume of semen ejaculated and increase sperm motility. The zinc in barley and wheat also increase semen volume. Including whole-grain foods in your diet may provide you with enough zinc and amino acids to increase your semen volume.

Fruits and Vegetables

When trying to increase your semen volume, increase your consumption of leafy green vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, okra, asparagus and seaweed. The amino acids in spinach and seaweed work the same as those in granola, oatmeal and meats. Asparagus, broccoli, okra and citrus fruits provide you with folic acid, which increases semen volume.

Tomatoes, watermelon, guava, pink grapefruit and red bell peppers contain high amounts of lycopine. Studies show that lycopine increases the thickness and volume of semen. As a bonus, lycopine may be beneficial to prostate health.

These are tips that anyone can easily implement at home to increase their semen and improve their sexual health considerably. Proper nutrition and drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily will go a long way towards restoring your semen load size and boosting your sperm count as well.

Here are 10 semen-boosting foods to add to your diet when possible.

10 Foods to increase semen:

  • Tuna
  • Oysters
  • Turkey
  • Lamb
  • Nuts
  • Granola
  • Oatmeal
  • Spinach
  • Broccoli
  • Asparagus

As you can see from the list above, there are many common and healthy foods that we can add to our diet on a daily basis to increase semen production, boost sperm count and health – and improve our overall sexual function. We recommend adding these to your menu, and throw in a good semen supplement as well. You’ll be well on your way to huge semen loads and improved sexual health!
