Q – How can I increase my semen volume?
A – There are many things you can do to increase semen volume. The easiest way is by taking a semen supplement that’s specifically formulated with zinc and other potent ingredients that are vital for increased semen production. Also, you can increase your liquids intake (preferably water), as well as eating certain foods that boost semen volume. Also, certain lifestyle changes such as quitting smoking and reducing alcohol intake can help boost your semen volume.
Q – What is sperm?
A – Sperm is the male reproductive cell and is derived from the Greek word sperma. Some people use the terms sperm and semen interchangeably. But sperm cells are only one small component of sperm. Semen also contains substances from the prostate and a pair of rabbit ear-shaped organs inside the pelvis called the seminal vesicles. Approximately 200-500 million sperm (also called spermatozoa), produced in the testes, are released per ejaculation. If a man has undergone a vasectomy, he will have no sperm in the ejaculation. In the average sexually mature male, sperm cells make up only about 2 to 5 percent of the total semen volume.
Q -How long does sperm live?
A – Outside of the human body – the average sperm will die within a few minutes. Inside the woman’s body sperm can live for about 5 days (or an extreme maximum of 7 days). Once semen or sperm is dry – it is dead and cannot travel to fertilize the egg. In water, such as a warm bath or hot tub, they’ll likely live longer because they thrive in warm, wet places. But the odds that sperm in a tub of water will find their way inside a woman’s body and cause her to get pregnant are extremely low.
Q – What exactly is a “forced orgasm”?
A – A forced orgasm is a form of orgasm control where the active partner sexually stimulates a submissive partner to the point of the submissive’s involuntary orgasm, with the submissive attempting to restrain the onset of orgasm. In BDSM or other sexual roleplay, the submissive partner can be put in physical restraints, to enable the active partner to control the rate and duration of stimulation.
Q – How can I have a more intense orgasm?
A – There are many things you can do to increase orgasm intensity. Most semen pills also work as climax intensifiers – due to the fact that when you product a lot more semen – you have stronger orgasms as a result. Why does this happen? When the body has an increased volume of semen to expel, the orgasm lasts longer and is more intense as it requires more “convulsions” to expel all the semen. Check our list of recommended semen pills, as these products will dramatically increase the intensity of your orgasms.
Q – Does semen production decrease with age?
A – Unfortunately, it’s a sad fact of life that semen production does indeed decrease with age. Most men will start to experience a noticeable decrease in semen volume into their 20’s or 30’s. Once past age 40 men will probably see a more dramatic decrease in semen volume. The good news is that this is reversible, and does not have to be permanent. It is well known that the fertility of couples declines with age, and this holds true with men and semen production as well.
Q – What are the best foods to increase semen production?
A – The foods you eat can certainly have an effect on your semen production, and certain foods will help you boost your semen volume – and help with sperm production as well. For instance, meats contain various nutrients essential for good semen production. Oysters, turkey, lamb and lean red meats contain zinc, which increases testosterone levels, according to Discovery Health. The body also needs zinc to produce semen – for the average man, each ejaculation contains between 1 and 3 milligrams of zinc. Other foods to eat to boost semen production include nuts, grains, plus certain fruits and vegetables.
Q – Are there vitamins to increase sperm volume?
A – As we’ve mentioned previously, Zinc is one mineral that is vital for optimum semen production. Certain amino acids like L-Arginine and L-Carnitine are very important for semen production, and can be found in foods like tuna, poultry, and red meats. There are certain vitamins that on their own will help semen production to some degree, however semen supplements contain several of the vitamins and nutrients your body needs for semen production – so they are the perfect choice.
Q – What is the best sperm pill supplement?
A – There are a number of extremely high quality semen supplements. You can usually tell the best ones just by the fact that they’ve been around for several years. Avoid products made outside of North America, as their quality control is inferior, and you could be just getting cheap knock-off pills from China or India. In general, Semenax and Volumaxx are two of the best semen pills, and the ones we recommend for most men. To see all the top semen pills, visit our semen pill comparison page.
Q – How to increase sperm volume fast?
A – There are many things you can do to increase semen volume quickly. The first thing you should do is add a semen supplement to your daily regimen. Drinking plenty of water will improve your semen volume, and refraining from masturbation – while not fun – will help you shoot bigger semen loads. Improving your diet and nutrition is important, as is getting the proper amount of exercise and rest.
Q – Can your underwear affect your semen or sperm?
A – While some people think this is a myth, it’s actually completely true that your choice of underwear can have an impact on your sperm count as well as your sperm health and motility. Sperm motility refers to the movement and swimming of sperm. Poor sperm motility means that the sperm do not swim properly, which can lead to male infertility. The temperature of the testes is at issue: In order for testes to produce sufficient quality and quantity of sperm, the temperature of testes must be lower than the core body temperature. Testes can overheat when a man wears brief underwear. If the testes are too hot — several degrees above where they should be — they are not able to produce sufficient sperm, resulting in low sperm count
Q – What is semen made of?
A – Many men are surprised to find out that only 2-5% of semen is made up of sperm. The seminal vesicles produce a yellowish viscous fluid rich in fructose and other substances that makes up about 70% of human semen. While sperm makes up only a small portion of semen – the rest is composed of over 200 separate proteins, as well as vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, calcium, chlorine, citric acid, fructose, lactic acid, magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, vitamin B12, and zinc
Q – How many calories are there in semen?
A – We feel that men are not doing a very good job of letting their partners know that semen is very low in calories – and won’t have a negataive effect on diets or weight loss plans. We need to get the word out! (haha) A normal male ejaculation contains between five and 25 calories and a minimal amount of protein.
Q – What is ejaculation?
A – OK, so most of you know this one already. We’ll include it for those inquisitive teen-age boys doing ‘research’ on the internet. Ejaculation is the discharge of semen (normally containing sperm) from the male reproductory tract, usually accompanied by orgasm. It is the final stage and natural objective of male sexual stimulation, and an essential component of natural conception and procreation. While many people associate ejaculation with sexual intercourse, ejaculation can be the result of many different sources of sexual stimulation or masturbation. Some talented guys are even capable of having a “hands free” ejaculation.
Q – How can I increase my ejaculation load and force?
A – As we’ve already mentioned, there are many things you can do to increase semen production, and this will produce stronger orgasms with more powerful ejaculations and bigger semen loads. Five things you can do to increase ejaculation force and distance include semen pills, kegel exercises, edging, drinking plenty of water, and reducing masturbation.
Q – Will semen pills make me shoot my cum further?
A – Yup! Semen pills are pretty much guaranteed to dramatically increase your semen production – letting you shoot bigger semen loads harder and farther. The top rated semen supplements can increase your semen volume by up to 500% – so you can imagine how much more powerful your ejaculations would be with 5 times the amount of semen.
Q – How to increase semen quantity naturally?
A – There are currently no prescription drugs approved to boost semen production, so fortunately all the methods described on this site for boosting semen production are natural and very safe. These include natural semen supplements, foods to increase semen production, and lifestyle changes. Although extremely simple, water is a natural and effective way to start boosting your semen production naturally.
Q – Do porn stars use semen pills?
A – One way to answer this is – “the good ones do!” Seriously though, many adult film stars have used semen supplements for a number of years. In fact, for quite some time it was considered an “industry secret” – and only in the last decade or so have these popular semen pills become available for sale to the general public – mainly thanks to the internet. Popular porn stars that have admitted using semen supplements include Ron Jeremy, Peter North, Lexington Steele, Kayden Kross, and a long list of others.
